DIN 536 A-series crane rails (e.g., A45, A55, A65, A75, A100, A120) are widely used for port cranes, overhead cranes, and heavy-duty conveyor systems. To meet different installation and project requirements, the following custom machining services are available:
End Machining
Chamfering of rail ends to prevent sharp edges from damaging wheels or fittings. End milling to ensure flat and smooth joints, reducing gaps between connected rails.
DIN 536 crane rails also can be used in port crane trolley rail systems. GLORYCRANE can processing the short rails according to customers requirements, we also can providetrolley rail accessories, such as: fix blocks and end stopper.
Bending/ Circle:
Cold or hot bending according to design requirements, ideal for curved tracks or turning sections. Strict control of internal stress and top surface flatness during bending.
Rail Bevel Cutting:
Bevel cutting of crane rails is available, with angles including but not limited to 45°, to meet special installation layouts or connection requirements.
Customization:
Special-shaped processing (welded joints) can be performed on the ends of the steel rails according to project requirements or customer needs.

Not Recommended Applications
Please note that DIN 536 A45 crane rails **** are not suitable for the following heavy-duty, high-frequency applications:
hore-to-ship (STS) container cranes at large seaports
heavy-duty environments such as continuous casting shops and rolling mills in steel mills
Automated production lines operating 24 hours a day
Heavy-duty cranes lifting loads of 50 tons or more
