Standard: Chinese latest standard with YB/T 5055-2014.
Length: The standard length is 12m, other lengths are 9/9.5/10/10.5/11/11.5/12.5m, short rails 6~8.9m are also acceptable.
Accessories: GloryCrane provides a complete set of accessories for rail systems, including rail clamps with rubber noses and weldable base clips, elastomer rail pads, base soleplates, rail connection fishplates, bolts and nuts for securing the clamps, and leveling bolts.

About QU Series Crane Rail
The QU series crane rails provided by GloryCrane are the most widely used crane rail types in China and comply with the latest Chinese standard YB/T 5055-2014. It is specially designed for crane trolley and trolley tracks, suitable for bridge cranes, gantry cranes, whether they are light, medium, large or heavy-duty. These rails are known for their high strength and durability, making them suitable as a choice for your lifting needs.

QU series crane rails are the product models that GloryCrane always keeps in stock. Our standing stock of rails exceeds 3,000 tons. We can usually deliver the standard QU series rail products in stock to your designated port within a week.
Meanwhile, we can also customize the rail length and material according to your functional needs. You can choose 9 to 12.5m of track, or a small number of 6 to 9m of short track as a matching solution, which can meet your very few special requirements. Higher strength rails using materials such as U75V, U78CrV are also acceptable according to your requirements.

Key Features of the QU Series Crane Rails
Compared with ordinary steel rails, the QU series crane rail has a wide head, a small height, and a large rail waist, which is beneficial to improve the contact with the crane wheels and suitable for bearing horizontal loads.
- Wide Head: The wider head increases contact with crane wheels, reducing wear and tear and improving stability.
- Low Height: The lower profile helps maintain a lower center of gravity, which is beneficial for supporting heavy loads without excessive stress on the rail.
