DIN15049A-Crane Wheels with smooth bore, various flange types can be selected.

GloryCrane offers DIN15049A crane wheels with smooth bores and various flange configurations, such as:

With a gear ring on one hub
Double flange with shortened hub
Single flange on one hub
Flat wheel (without flanges)

The running treads and wheel flanges are heat-treated to a hardness of HRC 38–46, with a hardening depth of 3–4 mm. The wheels are made from C45 drop-forged steel for diameters between 160–500 mm, and DIN GS-70 cast steel for 630 mm wheels.

With gear ring on one hub instead of flange.
With double flange as shortened hub.
Only with single flange on one hub.
Without flanges as flat wheel.

Running treads and wheel flange surfaces hardened by heat treatment, hardening depth 3–4 mm, HRC 38–46.
