Multiple Anti-Friction Bearings:

  • Greased Roller Bearings for reliable, low-maintenance operations.
  • Grooved Ball Bearings sealed on one side for protection.
  • Self-Aligning Roller Bearings covered by sealing rings to maintain alignment and enhance durability.

Flange Options:

    • Single Flange on One Hub for directional stability.
    • Double Flange with Shortened Hub to accommodate different mounting spaces.
    • Flat Wheel (No Flanges) for applications where lateral guidance isn’t necessary.
    • Gear Ring on One Hub instead of a flange for applications needing integrated drive.

    Material and Sizes:

      • C45 Drop Forged Steel for diameters between φ160 mm to φ500 mm, offering toughness and wear resistance.
      • DIN GS-70 Cast Steel for larger applications at φ630 mm, providing robustness and longevity.

      This wheel type is highly adaptable, making it ideal for specialized crane operations where precision, load capacity, and durability are critical.

      C45 drop forged for φ160~500mm, DIN GS-70 cast steel for φ630mm.

      Bush: Q345B.

      Running treads and wheel flange surfaces hardened by heat treatment, hardening depth 3–4 mm, HRC 38–46.
