Overhead Crane Wheel-DIN15074

Crane Wheel DIN15074 with slide bearing secured with set screws,φ200~1250mm.

This type of crane wheel can be used for overhead cranes, and other EOT(Electric overhead traveling) cranes.

C45 machined for φ200~250mm, DIN GS-70 cast steel or quenching and tempering 42CrMo4 for φ315~1250mm.

Bearing: Rg7.

Running treads and wheel flange surfaces hardened by heat treatment, hardening depth 3–4 mm, HRC 38–46.
