Driven and non-driven wheel assembly with drop forged crane wheel, drive shaft end suitable for hollow shaft drive.

Material

QT700-2 spherical cast iron with hardening depth 3 mm, HRC 46~52.

42CrMo4+QT forged, hardening depth 10 mm, hardness in HRC: 48~54.

Wheel Shaft: 42CrMo4+QT or 60# steel.

Running treads and wheel flange surfaces hardened by heat treatment, hardening depth 3~4 mm, HRC 38~46.

Other material and dimensions are available upon your request.
