GC130A-Crane Wheel Assembly for Driven or Non-driven.

It is a crane wheel block assembly with corner bearing installation or box girder installation. It can be used as a replacement spare part for your Demag crane wheel block, easy to install, ready to use.

Material

QT700-2 spherical cast iron with hardening depth 3 mm, HRC 46~52.

42CrMo4+QT, hardening depth 8~10 mm, hardness in HRC: ≥53 (after flame or induction hardening).

Wheel Shaft: 42CrMo4+QT.

Flange housing: spherical cast iron, screwed with screws and nuts.

Running treads and wheel flange surfaces hardened by heat treatment, hardening depth 3~4 mm, HRC 38~46.

Other material and dimensions are available upon your request.
