This crane wheel block with or without flanged bearing housing is suitable for Demag brand cranes.

  • With Self-aligning roller bearings/grooved ball bearings/pivot grooved ball bearings.
  • Track gauge can be adjusted via interchangeable compensating discs.
  • Suitable for Demag Gearbox: AF04~AF18.

QT700-2 spherical cast iron with hardening depth 3 mm, HRC 46~52.

42CrMo4V forged, hardening depth 10 mm, hardness in HRC: 48~54.

Wheel Shaft: 42CrMo4V.

Flange bearing housing: spherical cast iron, screwed with screws and nuts.

Running treads and wheel flange surfaces hardened by heat treatment, hardening depth 3~4 mm, HRC 38~46.
