High-Performance Aluminothermic Welding Kits for Rail Tracks
A complete aluminothermic welding solution for railways, metros, mining and industrial tracks.
GLORYCRANE advanced aluminothermic welding kits deliver flawless, high-strength rail joints in minutes, maximizing track uptime and safety.
Fast installation, strong bonding, and proven reliability under heavy traffic.
GLORYCRANE aluminothermit welding kits (also known as aluminium thermite welding kits or aluminothermic welding kits) are specially designed for permanent rail joint connections. Each kit contains the necessary consumables and tools for the aluminothermic welding process.
Rail aluminothermic welding is the welding method as a heat source in a chemicalreaction, to improve the comfort.
With certified quality and global supply experience, our kits are widely used in aluminothermic welding rail projects under different standards such as UIC, AREMA, ASCE, and GB.

- Tools & clamps – Rail clamps and tools for alignment
How is rail thermite welding performed?
The welding principle is through the configuration of thermit after a light reaction inside thecrucible to form high temperature aluminum hot molten steel into welding sand mold andstay within the cavity of the rai, high temperature molten steel casting in rail welding.melting parts to be welded rail end face. After cooling solidification to be welded railconnected into a whole.
