Fish Plates(Rail Joint Bar): Fishplate for ASCE 40 rail is usually made of U71Mn, U75V low-alloy high-strength steel or nodular graphite cast iron, with tensile strength ≥880MPa and hardness HB≥280, which can meet the requirements of wear-resistance and impact-resistance. The length is usually 600~900mm (need to cover the rail joint), the thickness is matched with the rail waist (about 14~16mm), and the spacing of bolt holes corresponds to the reserved holes in the rail joint. Conventional 4-hole or 6-hole design (ASCE 40 are mostly 4-hole structure).
Rail Clamps/Rail Clip: Rail clamps are used to secure rails in place and prevent horizontal movement. GloryCrane supplies various types of rail clips, including: adjustable rail clamps; welded rail clamps; bolted rail clamps
Rubber Pads: Rubber baseplates are used beneath the rails to absorb vibration and shock, helping reduce noise and extend track life. Specialised tracks for mining areas: In the internal transport routes of mining areas, ASCE 40, with its high compressive strength and abrasion resistance (made of materials such as 700 series carbon steel), can be adapted to the needs of high-frequency, medium-load operation of mine cars.
