TGL34968-Crane Wheel Assembly for driven or non-driven with or without corner support.

GloryCrane offers TGL34968 crane wheel assembly for both driven and non-driven applications, with or without corner support. The available wheel diameters range from 320 to 900 mm, using cast or drop-forged crane wheels. These assemblies can feature narrow or broad wheel tread widths and are designed for compatibility with drive shafts, hollow shaft gear units, or both. The wheels include lubricated anti-friction bearings, with the option for re-lubrication via a nipple in the corner support or outer covers.

  • With or without corner support.
  • Wheel diameter:320~900mm.
  • With casted or drop forged TGL34968-crane wheel.
  • Various wheel tread width, narrow or broad.
  • Driven wheel with drive shaft for coupling, or for hollow shaft gear unit, or for coupling and hollow shaft gear unit.
  • Has lubricated anti-friction bearings, re-lubrication by using the lubrication nipple in the corner support or in the outer covers.

Materail

DIN GS-70 cast steel or 42CrMo4+QT forged, hardening depth 10 mm, hardness in HRC: 48~54.

Drive Shaft: 42CrMo4+QT, Idle Shaft: C45, Corner Support: S355J2G3 or Q345D.

Running treads and wheel flange surfaces hardened by heat treatment, hardening depth 3~4 mm, HRC 38~46.

Other material and dimensions are available upon your request.
